BID Boundaries
The 125th Street Business Improvement District is a tax assesment district with defined boundaries. The district serves as one of the most historical and dynamic business corridors in NYC. The BID is primarily funded by an additional tax assesment collected from the property owners between Morningside and Fifth Avenues on 125th Street.
